The weekly celebration returns!

Celebrate Monday is a weekly photo exercise designed to help you get back to basics and find more joy in your memory keeping.

Each week, you’ll be asked to select a photo and story from your everyday life to share with us on our Flickr group and/or on your blog. Then, link us up using the widget below.

The idea is simple! Strip away the extras for a small moment to center yourself on what is most important in your process. Find the photo, tell the story, and be prepared for more authentic scrapbooking later in the week.

This week’s prompt:

embracing chaos

We believe simple is not how your page looks, but how your scrapbooking hobby works. We have a free workshop called SPARKED and it is the best way to learn more about Simple Scrapper and start creating consistently.

Do you end up scrapping these Monday photos and thoughts or is it just about the photo & story. If you’ve scrapped them, are they uploaded anywhere?

I’ve not personally scrapped any of my Celebrate Monday entries yet, but I believe other readers have. It’s about focusing your energy in one place, so the next time you have an opportunity to scrap, you don’t have to waste any time finding a photo and a story.

Gotcha. Anyone out there scrap your Mondays last year? I did my first P365 in 2010 and it was great. No way am I ready to do it again so soon but I would consider P52. I am quite vocal about my dislike of Mondays so this is actually perfect! LOL And the prompts are a great way to motivate. =)
