For a baby shower I went to recently everyone wrote up a discipline advice (obviously for when the baby was older) and before hand we combined it into a book sort of like a scrapbook with photos of the mom and all the friends and then everybody read their discipline tip at the shower and told a story about how they’d used it or wished they’d used it and we video taped that and gave the video tape to the new mom, too. Lots of fun and lots of laughs and maybe everyone learned something, too.
