Switch styles to get through challenges

Scrapbooking Ideas

Simple Tip Saturdays are all about giving easy ideas for you to grab and run.

Yesterday I was listening to an episode of the Paperclipping Roundtable, where the group discussed scrapping difficult times. It was mentioned that we don’t always have photos of those times – which is so true.

I know I’ve been trying to figure out where more traditional journaling in particular, art journaling, might fit into my memory keeping routines. I believe our challenging moments offer opportunities to get back to basics, putting pen to paper, or to try a new technique for catharthis through art.

What do you think? Do you switch gears when you scrap hard topics?
