7 Things I Love Right Now + Free Template

Scrapbooking Freebies

Today’s post is from Samantha Piette, who works behind the scenes here at Simple Scrapper and is the new editor at Simple Crafter. She also blogs about her life in Minneapolis at All Sam’s Idea.

Hi there! I’m so excited to be guest posting today at Simple Scrapper!

Tell me, how many of you out there create scrapbook pages about your kids? What about birthdays, holidays, your family members, or your pets? Now, how many of you scrapbook about yourself? My guess is that a lot of you may be trying really hard to get all the details down about your family but not too much about yourself. If I’m wrong and you do scrapbook about yourself, then that’s great! But if not, I have a fun digital template to help you start!

I sometimes find it hard to scrapbook about myself, as I’m sure we all do. When you sit down to think about YOU, it’s really hard to just start writing. This is when one of my favorite things comes into play: lists.  I write multiple lists throughout the day to keep track of my life, and this love translates to my scrapbooking all the time.
I made this 12×12 template so that you could get started (or maybe continue) scrapbooking about yourself. I know your families will appreciate having a glimpse into your life right now, and you may as well when you look back on this list a few years (or even months!) from now.

Here is the page I made using the template (click to see the image larger). I had a lot of fun thinking of my 7 things and hope you do too!
