I‘ve had the late night creative bug recently; about 9:30 or 10pm I suddenly want to play. At first I think I’ll just pull a few things out for tomorrow and go to bed. Then, before you know it, there’s a whole layout!
I’ve realized that most layouts take about 30 minutes for the first 95% and then another 30 minutes for the last 5%. I am guilty of fussing over the finishing touches.
Thank You Mom | I took this photo as we were preparing for Emily’s newborn photo shoot. My mom’s job was to keep her warm and happy while I finished setting up. This page is about all of the help my mom provided after her birth.

Absolutely Fabulous | This page started with a test of the Studio Calico hexagon mask and the rest grew organically from there. I’ve been collecting random Instagram self-portraits for a little bit and these all represented a specific time in my life.

So Love Snow | It’s not part of the story on this page, but we have a special tradition in our house. After Christmas we take the tree outside and let the snow cover it and the birds enjoy it. So many people have commented how nice it looks in our yard.
