Are you like me and totally addicted to washi tape? If I was not already playing with paper, this hot trend totally would have converted me. I just love how easy it is to add something special to a page or project with this repositionable, translucent tape.
I’m thrilled to have Freckled Fawn here today to sponsor a giveaway! When I started putting together ideas for the new Simple Scrapper shop, I knew washi tape from Freckled Fawn had to be a part of that picture. They carry some of the very best patterns available to US customers.
Indeed, our first kit includes solid gold tape plus we’ve got the most adorable aqua triangles tape in the shop. We’ll also be adding my current fave (gold airmail) next month!

Among other things, I love using them for Project Life. It’s good for dressing up plain cards – as a background or an accent. Thanks for the chance to win!
I love this stuff! The gold will be great for the holidays! My favorite way to use it is on a picture to add some journaling. It’s easy to write on and dresses up the look without taking away from the pic so much. Thanks for the giveaway!

Washi tape: I mean c’mon it’s tape, it’s phenomenal!!! Love the gold
I love using washi tape on my layouts for embellishments-and it is soooo versatile!! I love it!
I also love using washi tape for project life, to add to a plain card or even attach a photo to a card before placing them in their pockets.
I like to use it on cards. I saw a tag the other day where they made a wedding cake out of washi tape. Totally easy and cute. Thanks for the giveaway.
What a delighful name for a company…
ACK! I am back to scrapbooking after a few year hiatus. This washi tape is all new to me! It’s freakin’ ADORABLE! I gotta go get some of this stuff.
I love to use washi tape in my PL album!
Have Washi tape, will travel
Best way to still create art while o the road–small, already sticks, portable and versatile.
I use washi tape to make my own project life cards alot…and on regular pages too and cards and as “tape” to adhere receipts and stuff to my project life pages. Would love to win some! Thanks for the chance!!
I have a very small collection of Washi, and I haven’t gotten a chance to use it much yet, but I love it to attach random bits of paper, photos and such to pages, and also to add a pop of color or pattern.
Ive only recently heard about washi tape. To be honest, I am not sure what it really is or what you do with it. So I could really have some fun with this!!!
Love to use it on cards and pages!
My name is Sherry, and I’m addicted to Washi Tape. Freckled Fawn is where I get all my supply :). My favorite use for Washi Tape is in place of ribbon accents and to make flags and bunting. I’m currently obsessing over the chevron patterned Washi.
First I heard of Freckled Fawn too. I got some washi tape from a local supplier so I could add additional photos to a set of travel books I made. But I’m sure they will come in happy for the holiday gift-giving too! Thanks for the chance, awesome give-away!
it is amazing 🙂 I love it for cards!
My favorite use so far is to use it as an element on cards, but I have a lot of other ideas I haven’t tried yet.
I have seen washi tape projects online and saw a card made with strips of washi tape that I really like. I have never personally used washi tape, but would like to try that project.
Washi tape is still pretty new to me, but I have used it to layer over two pieces of paper on a layout to dress up the papers. That FF washi looks really nice 🙂
I’m just discovering washi tape and am quickly becoming addicted! So far cards and layouts are all I’ve used it on. But I would love to try it on some new things!
I love to use washi tape on my layouts to add little punches of color here and there. I also like to use it on tags and cards.
So far with Washi tape, I just use a little piece on the edge of a journaling card or sticker. It looks like it is helping to hold it on. Thanks for a chance to win.
I use them on layouts, cards, and in my smashbook. Sometimes I use it in lieu of tape for non-scrapping things, like taping up my girls drawings and artwork, sealing the envelope to a note…love using washi!
I love to use them in my smashbook. I just love the way it works on memorabilia and I also use it as a journling space!!
Umm… I love washi tape, but my favorite use for it right now is to look pretty in the basket I collect them in! 🙂 Thank you for the chance!!
I’m a little late to the party! I LOVE Freckled Fawn AND washi tape. I love using washi tape to make little flags and for adding strips of color to my projects.
Thanks for the give-away.
