This has been a busy month with my son, his wife and his niece visiting early in August (second week) and my sister-in-law and her husband this last week. Our poodle got stressed out last week with all the commotion (and us being gone for hours at a time) that she had to go to the vet and get antibiotics and tranquilizers. She’s okay now. I’m trying to be less stressed out, too. I tend to get very nervous when “I’m not in control” i.e. I’m not the one driving – especially on narrow mountain roads in iffy weather. September will be 30 Days of Lists and mainly nothing else except watching what I eat and trying to walk more. This morning I started a new Diet Journal and started counting from day 1 again. I’m also hoping to make one greeting card every two days, get my digital scrap supplies in Lightroom, make an album for SIL of their visit and have it sent to her, plus finally get our cruise from this year done (the last two done digitally.) If I can do a little of each thing every day as well as walk a little farther each week, I’ll be doing good.

I had a Spark step counter which got lost…how does that happen? It was always in my pocket… My DH bought me a Fitbit and I do like that a lot!
