I’ve known Janet Carr since she applied to be my Community Manager in 2013. I was instantly taken by her infectious enthusiasm for pretty much everything and we had a good run working together. Janet is the queen of sunshine, featuring all caps and exclamation points in every email, so it was heartbreaking to hear the depths of struggle she has faced.
In this episode we’re talking about feeling freedom through telling your real story and celebrating the raw beauty of vulnerability amidst your darkest days. This is for anyone who longs to show up authentically in real life, online, and in your scrapbooks. Please be aware this episode deals with sensitive issues, including substance abuse.

Thank you so much for this bold & beautiful conversation.
Thank you Jennifer for interviewing Janet Carr and the honesty of you both as the questions were asked. I was taking my walk listening to the podcast and came away feeling so much better than when I started. Thank you again!
