Today’s rub ons are not the flaking and peeling disasters of yesteryear’s craft projects. Modern rub ons for scrapbooking generally adhere cleanly, stay put and are wonderful accents for page design. While they are one-time-use items, owning a variety of rub ons is quite a bit more economical than owning the same variety in stamps.
How to Use Rub Ons
